A dynamic team player and a result oriented hotel expert, Mr. Fancis Lobo joined Karama Hotel as a Deputy General Manager in September 2009. His extensive background in the hotel industry began with a diploma in Hotel Economics & Politics from Bombay University. He started his career from Oberoi Towers in Bombay and progressing steadily to various key management operations such as General Manager, Group General Manager in internationally known hotels across the Middle East.
Keeping the high standards and maintaining high quality of service all the time is the top priority and in the agenda. He is a firm follower of team spirit and interested in general human well being. Mr. Lobo takes the job with great sense of responsibilities, enjoy the challenges and expect to do positive contributions towards raising standards and staff morale.
Mr.Lobo believes that a “Positive results should occur by quality not by accident”.

An inclination towards creating an efficient and complete management process made Prem foray into the world of hospitality. A hotelier by profession, he passed out from the College of Hotel Management (Institute of Professional Sciences and Management), Mangalore in May 1995. Prem supports the management team in their implementation, develops procedures and standards, maintains a positive approach and outlook, and actively encourages the team, while recognizing the overall impact on the company.
He has worked with various 5-star hotels, which has given him immense exposure, especially in the Food & Beverage sector. Prem has been working with Karama Hotel LLC since its inception, and brings a diverse perspective to the company. He is currently focused on expounding new concepts on Food & Beverage in his portfolio. |

A talented individual with experience in sales and marketing, Venugopal focuses on the company's business units and has spearheaded the promotion and marketing of the hotel. With a keen eye for quality, and with a background in implementation, he continues to sharpen and hone the sales and marketing strategies of the hotel. He also handles sales and marketing with responsibility for global campaign, field marketing and marketing communications as well as public relations, and has also been instrumental in lending direction and evolving strategic plans for marketing.
He is responsible for driving the top and bottom-line company growth through fiscally accountable and operationally efficient marketing. Mr. Venugopal’s leadership has helped establish integrated yet diverse teams wherein he has demonstrated expertise in bringing companies and people together through his ability to quickly promote best practices to drive them toward common goals. In the past year, he has been critical in the success and growth of the company, both organizationally and financially. |
